2024 Sorrenberg Gamay

Sorrenberg is a 3 hectare vineyard which is owned by Barry and Jan Morey and situated on the outskirts of Beechworth.

The Sorrenberg wines are tiny in quantity and are snapped up quickly each year. The Gamay is considered a benchmark for the variety in the country.

The 2024 Gamay shows cherry and plum on the nose with some earthy undertones. The aromas follow onto the palate combining with integrated acid and refined tannins which create a very well-balanced wine, finishing with great length.
