Delivery & Returns

We deliver Lennox Wine orders locally around Canterbury and across Australia. Orders are dispatched five days a week. Delivery times vary, so please contact us before ordering if your delivery is urgent.

Local delivery

Local deliveries are handled by the Lennox Wine team. Enter your delivery address at checkout and Shopify will confirm whether it falls within our 5 km local delivery area.

We send deliveries five days a week, but delivery times vary. If you need wine for a particular date or occasion, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Standard delivery across Australia

Orders outside our local delivery area can be shipped across Australia using our standard delivery service. Delivery is $20 for orders under $300 and free for orders of $300 or more.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and delivery conditions. Please contact us before ordering if timing is important.

Receiving alcohol deliveries

Alcohol can only be purchased and received by people aged 18 or older. Our team and delivery partners may ask for acceptable proof-of-age identification and must refuse delivery where required by law.

• For a first order that is not a gift, the customer who placed the order must receive it and provide identification confirming they are 18 or older.
• Same-day alcohol deliveries must be handed to a person and cannot be left unattended.
• For a gift order, the purchaser must confirm that both they and the recipient are 18 or older. The alcohol can only be handed over at the nominated address when the recipient, or another adult at that address, provides acceptable proof of age.
• For subsequent orders, any delivery instructions must be provided by the customer and the order may only be left in accordance with those instructions and applicable law.
• Alcohol will not be delivered to a minor, an intoxicated person, or where there is a substantial risk that the recipient is intoxicated.
• Alcohol deliveries must be completed before 11 pm.

Missed or refused deliveries

If a delivery cannot lawfully or safely be completed, the alcohol will not be handed over. Please contact Lennox Wine to discuss collection or redelivery. Lennox records failed alcohol deliveries where required by Victorian law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as practical with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will assess the order and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing on this page limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
