Yarra Yering was established in 1969 by botanist and viticultural pioneer Dr Bailey Carrodus, helping lead the modern revival of the Yarra Valley. Today winemaker Sarah Crowe continues the estate's meticulous, small-batch approach, producing distinctive wines that balance perfume, structure and longevity.

Tasting Note

Blackcurrant, mulberry and redcurrant meet roasted nut, fresh briar, dried herbs and gentle clove spice. The palate is plush yet bright, with fine integrated tannins, clean acidity and a long, assured finish.

Pair with roast lamb, beef, game, grilled mushrooms or aged cheese.
