Joshua Cooper is a central Victorian winemaker focused on the revival of elegant, age-worthy Australian Cabernet alongside finely structured Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. He works with distinctive, often historic sites and uses patient, low-intervention cellar methods to foreground vineyard character.

Tasting Note

Cassis and sour cherry are layered with graphite, aniseed, chocolate, lavender, mint and black olive. The palate is deep and precise, with mineral drive, firm tannin and a long, layered finish. Decant before serving.
