Elk Wines is the small South Australian project of winemaker Elka Parsons. The range focuses on carefully sourced vineyard parcels and handcrafted, minimal-intervention production, allowing variety and site to remain at the centre of each wine.

Tasting Note

Juicy raspberry and red cherry lead into delicate savoury notes and fine minerality. The palate is silky and fresh, with lacy, chalky tannins and an elegant, gently persistent finish.

Pair with duck, pork, charred vegetables or a generous grazing platter.
