Giant Steps was founded in 1997 by Phil Sexton and is now led by head of winemaking and viticulture Melanie Chester. Working across distinctive vineyard sites throughout the Yarra Valley, the team focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that combine purity, texture and a transparent expression of cool-climate place.

Tasting Note

Red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry are joined by rose petal, gentle spice and subtle forest-floor complexity. The palate is supple and finely structured, with vibrant acidity and silky tannins carrying the fruit through a fresh, persistent finish.

Pair with duck, salmon, roast chicken or earthy vegetable dishes.
