The 2024 Inkwell Gravity’s Gone Grenache comes from Block 2 of Inkwell’s McLaren Vale estate, where deep sandy soils favour perfume, silky texture and freshness. Fermentation in neutral barrels followed by ageing in an egg-shaped concrete tank builds texture while retaining fruit purity.

Tasting Note

Wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry are lifted by white pepper, rose petal and sun-warmed earth. The palate is mid-weight, silky and pure, with delicate structure, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Pair with grilled lamb, roast vegetables, charcuterie or tomato-based pasta.
