Bellebonne Bis is a traditional-method non-vintage sparkling rosé made from Tasmanian fruit. Pinot Noir leads the blend, supported by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, producing a pale salmon wine with fine bubbles, vivid red fruit and an elegant, creamy texture.

Bellebonne is Natalie Fryar's independent Tasmanian sparkling-wine project. After more than a decade refining her craft at Jansz, Fryar established Bellebonne to make small-production traditional-method wines that capture the purity, cool-climate energy and natural elegance of Tasmanian fruit.

Tasting Note

Strawberry, redcurrant and cranberry meet Turkish delight, rose petal and gentle spice. Fresh cream, almond blossom and brioche add depth to the palate, with fine energetic bubbles, mineral freshness and a long, dry, harmonious finish.

Serve well chilled with oysters, smoked trout, caviar, charcuterie, soft cheese or fresh strawberries.
