Producer

Alpha Box & Dice is a South Australian producer built around an alphabet of adventurous wine styles. Head winemaker Sam Berketa works with varieties and regions from across the state and beyond, combining playful ideas with careful, contemporary winemaking.

Tasting Note

Honeysuckle, lychee, lemon and green apple lead into pear and citrus on the palate. Bright acidity and a soft creamy mousse carry a clean, dry and refreshing finish.

Serve well chilled with oysters, salty snacks, mild cheese or as an aperitif.
