The Hairy Arm was established by Steven and Natalie Worley to produce small parcels of wine from carefully selected Victorian vineyard sites. Steven’s background in geology, viticulture and winemaking informs a strong focus on soil, provenance and sustainable vineyard management. In the winery, traditional methods and restrained intervention allow the character of each vineyard and vintage to remain at the centre of the wine.

Tasting Note

Mid ruby with a garnet edge, combining fresh and dried red fruit with savoury spice, herbs and cracked pepper. The palate is generous without feeling heavy, finishing with peppery length and fine-grained, gently grippy tannins.

Pair with roast lamb, chargrilled beef, mushroom dishes, cured meats or firm cheeses.
